PeopleMena was established in 2023 by Hussein Wehbe who is a People centric corporate leader with 22 years of experience in leading multinational organizations.
We see a major gap in the recruitment, talent acquisition, and corporate cultures.
Talents are only being judged and short listed based on CVs and we noticed that there are a lot of hidden and unseen talented and capable people who are not being valued in their current organizations and must be spotted and placed in better working places.
Corporate Cultures in the MENA Region are overdue to major transformations that can equip them to retain and attract the right talents while focusing on improving their employer branding image and productive culture environments.
